Thanks for taking care of our customer. They only owned their vehicle for five days and ASC Warranty took care of their problem. I personally drove their vehicle from Iowa, where we purchased it and I know the vehicles issue was not a pre-existing condition. The service manager at the dealership that fixed the gasket said the check engine light came on due to the cold weather causing the old gasket to shrink which lead to the vacuum leak. However, your company still went the extra mile to provide coverage when most other service contract companies would have declined it due to the lack of time the customer had owned the vehicle.
